Being Taught From My Gambling Failures

1st to explain the reason I wrote this essay. I have been wagering online or at a brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have discovered, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it until you are penniless. Particularly if you’re on a winning streak. I’ve gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in only a tiny amount of time and still on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you’re just having a blast until you start to track your squanderings and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" repeatedly. It never works. Then you become queasy in your stomach and the more you attempt the faster you are deprived.

When you see that you’re ahead, STAY on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, don’t say to yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and again and again, believe me, this plan almost never ever functions. Say you are playing on slots, have a bankroll put aside before beginning your play. Don’t exceed that limit, regardless how captivating. If you actually win, put that in a different cup. Do not spend your successes no matter what. Once you have gambled through your original set limit, bail out. Leave, regardless if it is on the internet or at a physical casino, do not stay around. Always remember, there is going to be another day, another time.

Always remember, betting is supposed to be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan not manage the cost, do not even begin.
